What successes has Global Action Plan's ERDF project helped your business achieve:

"
The consultant, Conrad has helped me greatly with streamlining my systems in ways I didn't know were possible.  His patience and expertees in explaining what was involved allowed me to make these changes with confidence.
I run a busy psychotherapy and nutritional therapy practice, which involves meeting with clients for consultations on my premises, frequent use of my computer for writing documents, note-taking, research on the web and various forms of networking.  Through Global Action Plan, I've been able to adapt my working practices in ways that are more efficient, but also saves energy.  Streamlining my use of technology (computers, copiers etc.) means I now use fewer appliances overall.  I make use of a number of free tools available through Google, cutting down on need to travel, as joint meetings and writing collaborations can now take place on the Internet (collaborative net-working & Skype).  I feel much more empowered in my use of IT technology, and more aware generally of ways of cutting back on energy-use."
