What successes has Global Action Plan's ERDF project helped your business achieve:

"Global Action Plan provided valuable support to achieve ISO 14001 and Carbon Smart Certification by helping us recognise that our activities incur environmental impacts and set relevant objectives/action plans to address this issues.

In terms of Green ICT, Global Action Plan helped increasing awareness on how to use Office Equipment more efficiently. We are now using Google Calendar and Dropbox successfully and are looking at implementing a process/system which enables the use of Google documents, however we found that the complexity of our spreadsheets is not yet compatible with this function. We are using Smart Phones more efficiently i.e. emailing documents instead of printing, sending/receiving photographs instead of operative travelling to our office to download photographs etc.

Improving our IT system further is part of our continuous improvement strategy in line with on going technology progress and business growth/needs. "
